Sunlit Chemical Group with deepest sorrow announces that our Founder, Mr. Wen-Chung Lin, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2025.
Our management team and all employees mourn this profound loss and express our utmost respect for his lifelong dedication and remarkable contributions to the company and the industry.

Since founding Sunlit Chemical, Mr. Lin consistently upheld the core values of quality, integrity, and innovation. With professional expertise and steadfast commitment, he established the company in Taiwan and gradually expanded its footprint into the global market. From the early development of chemical materials to Sunlit’s advancement into the electronic chemicals sector, Mr. Lin’s vision and leadership guided the company toward continuous growth and laid the solid foundation on which we stand upon today.

His leadership style embodied prudence, humility, and a bias towards action. His relentless pursuit of progress and his commitment to developing talent remain the most precious legacies he leaves to Sunlit Chemical.

The mission and aspirations he devoted his life to have been carried forward through the efforts of our team. Looking ahead, Sunlit Chemical will continue to honor his spirit by advancing with greater professionalism, resilience, and dedication to creating value for our customers, our industry, and Taiwan.

We also wish to reassure our partners that all operations, including business activities, customer service, supply chain collaboration, and global engagements are continuing without interruption under well-established operational arrangements. Guided by the foundation laid by our Founder, we will move forward with confidence and unity into the next chapter.
